President

Jason leads the team at Acres Enterprises overseeing all company divisions. Jason provides strategic direction, forward-thinking counsel and guidance in identifying and building new business opportunities, while maintaining focus on streamlining construction processes that ensure quality, timelines and budgets are met.

Jim Laird
Civil Division Manager / Estimator

Jim leads the Acres civil division, providing overall administrative, technical expertise and support for his team. Jim is responsible for divisional performance, budgets, schedules, employee performance, safety and profitability.

 

Len Nakashimada, BA CPA, CMA
Controller

Len oversees all company divisions financial wellness and is accountable for the administrative, financial and risk management operations of the Company including the development of financial and operational strategies.

 

Jeremy Buchner
Procurement and Fleet Manager

Jeremy manages all internal resources including tools, equipment and field personnel, ensuring all business requirements are met or exceeded. Jeremy is responsible for capital expenditure reporting and making the recommendations for strategic positioning of equipment for maximum utilization.
