100 Mile House Upgrades

THE PROJECT

This tenant improvement project included upgrades to an existing single storey, wood framed commercial office building on cast concrete foundations. During the project there were limited disruptions to staff and work operations.

The upgrades to the building consisted of full surround new cladding, 57 new windows, exterior doors, and storefront vestibule doors. Acres utilized local employees and subcontractors to save on labour and equipment costs. This upgrade was part of the Clean BC project initiative.
