Barkman Concrete manufacturing facility
Merritt, BC
The Barkman Concrete project consisted of a fully automated 40,000 sq. ft. concrete paver plant, and civil works of an approximately 10-acre site. Acres completed this work through a CCDC5B, managing and coordinating all design consultants and subtrades for all design, pre-construction and construction.
Using an integrated project delivery model, the Acres team is able to set the right budget with the right people and consequently provide a project scope that is well-defined and accurate, ensuring quality, transparency, and clear communications. Acres’ approach is different – and it works.
