Equipped with modern amenities and energy-efficient systems, this new building provides a high-performance space for its users, blending comfort with innovative technology.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Construction of a 1,700 sq. ft. cinder block washroom building with separate shower facilities.
• Installation of heated flooring and radiant ceiling panels throughout for optimal comfort.
• Fully automated building system to control all functions and enhance energy efficiency.
• Cladded exterior with a sleek, durable finish and a metal seam roof.
• Colour-matched two-pipe standing seam snow fence for added durability.
• Restoration of disturbed landscape with hydroseeding, bringing the surrounding area back to its native state.
