Acres Head Office Renovations
Acres head office renovation, a project completed during the COVID lockdown in 2020. The project included first and second floor demolition and renovation, steel stud framing, drywall, and ceiling tile throughout. New doors and windows were installed, as well as electrical and mechanical upgrades. The upgrade included exterior cladding and canopy install, as well as new stair fabrication.
The existing build had several additions over its lifespan. During deconstruction, there were unforeseen obstacles that required Acres, the designers, and key subtrades to collaborate and change the approach while keeping the main design intent.
The improved functionality over the previous layout has given our team room to expand and create a high performing collaborative environment for our staff. The major facelift reflects the high-quality projects Acres has had the privilege to work on, while also complementing our technology-driven approach.
