Noremac Commercial Building

THE PROJECT

Noremac contracted Acres Enterprises to design and build their new 14,000 sq. ft. commercial building in Kamloops.

The facility was designed in close consultation with the owner as well as Westedge Engineering and our own team of professionals. This project included unique design challenges as the owner required an entrance and facade that mirrored the company’s service offerings as a concrete pump provider.

The project schedule had to consider the owner’s existing lease agreement that was set to expire, which resulted in a fixed date for occupancy.

Subcontractors and suppliers were chosen based on their pricing, quality and service. We have established strong relationships with local sub-trades, distributors and consultants that help us to consistently deliver efficiency and reliability to our clients based on their specific needs.
