THE PROJECT

The project was constructed through a steep and difficult rock cut, which required attention to blasting and construction practices to avoid large rock to roll down the steep slopes onto the active golf course. The project was a success, due to open dialogue with the consultants, client and subcontractors, with flexibility to adjust as needed. The project was completed on time and on Budget.

Deep utilities installation (sanitary, storm and watermain), PVR (pressure reducing kiosk), shallow utilities, full road works – base gravels, curb and gutter, multi-use path, asphalt.
