Lakeshore gardens walkway upgrades

Update of exterior walkways at a 101-unit condo building in Peachland, B.C. Work included updates to walkway beams, surface pavers, and railings. The project was coordinated with tenants during the work for access and parking areas to accommodate residents’ needs. A resident communication board in the lobby was used to provide updates and to coordinate the work.
