Recently, our team had the pleasure of hosting and presenting to a group of students from Thompson Rivers University‘s Education and Skills Training (ESTR) program for a Community Workday.

The ESTR program helps students with diverse abilities gain the skills and experience they need to succeed in the workforce. As part of their training, the students get to explore different jobs through hands-on community workdays. It was wonderful to have them on site, giving them a glimpse of the world of construction.
